Just a little pea in the pod, but always keep your options open. After going through 3 T.L.'s and multiple buyers in approx. 3 years, it was time to go. Latest T.L. a real 'beaut. Young, full of piss & vinegar but not much else. He didn't seem to know much for what they pay him. Would play the gotcha game. All the good you did was never mentioned. The one mistake you made, he was there to pounce. Many of us just left. When you'd try to talk on a level (and he had to go off his script) to him, he got that deer-in-the-headlights look on his face! Very strange. Was relieved to leave it behind. I truly learned . how not to talk people from him. It'll be poetic justice if R.N./S.E. Pa. store, receives some of his own medicine with the latest Amazon takeover. I've heard they're not the easiest to work for. Oh well......
I would like to hear from anyone regarding combo teams. How do you feel about the changes in your department? I for one am feeling that service levels are not what they were before. In Whole Body they are bringing in team members from Specialty and Grocery who have no experience or interest in the department. Likewise, they are taking team members out of Whole Body and assigning them shifts in the other departments. We have little floor coverage with no overlap of shifts most days. It is very difficult to maintain the standards and especially provide service. Lunch breaks mean leaving the floor uncovered and consequently being called back to help customers. Customers are beginning to notice the absence of help and are complaining.

It will happen beginning of 2017....No rumors WFM is living to its reputation of using its TMs for the busy times...Comes January another wave of layoffs is going to hit...Don't believe your leaders, by now you should wake up, start looking for other opportunities, quit b--ching, take your life into your own hands....Shady practices and withholding of info. is what this company does best....I just left, it's amazing....
