pretty sure the only shoppers that would ever speak up about something would do it to complain about their shopping experience. even the nicest customers wouldn't speak up out of concern for team member happiness - i mean let's be real here lol.
Even if it wasn't a true shopper, I would sure hope that at least (some of) the people who shop at our stores care about our well being and would speak up to maintain the overall experience (starts with TM happiness) that they have come to enjoy.

If youd rather people 'stop the hate' because it's thanksgiving then simply dont visit it on thanksgiving. You come here and wanna bust balls over it all because of a holiday that celebrates falsehoods and a whitewashed history? Maybe you should be so thankful you have so much of your life and time to waste telling other people how, where, and when they are allowed to express their opinions. Such effin hypocrisy.

It's double time at my store and they had to do a lottery of the lowest paid TMs. The store should lose money, but I don't think that will stop them from being open next year.

Exactly! I'm a shopper at Whole Foods and saw a post that team members that work on Thanksgiving are all volunteers and are paid time and a half!! I love that whole foods is recognizing the sacrifices you all make for my holiday! Now that's what I call team member happiness! !
