I am thankful that the imitial immigration focus in our president-elect's 100 day plan is to investigate the work-visa abuse and reform the program. I hope they truly stop the abuse that is infairly giving good jobs to undeserving H1 people (and their more useless H4 spouse who have made IT QA a mess).

Bank employees are getting fired for onshore & offshore workers. Companies think that hiring offshore fworkers hides their tracks. Leaders get the gravy .. workers get the leftovers and disrespect. Leaders really think their workers are stupid deplorables. Employees could consider taking their 401ks out of their companies & roll to other financial instruments not practicing offshore hiring or replacing onshore americans. Could use a good leader across the board on this. French revolution anyone?
