Is this supposed to be anonymous? You have to use your TM ID to log in...seems like retribution is a real possibility....

Ur being hypocritical. Cry me a river. The situation at the store level is a joke. They are just trying to get rid of as many long term TMs to cut labor and get ready for one store labor. Prep foods has become disgusting. Biggest labor draw and sh--ty results. Remember sop will solve everything. I brought up temp control on all the meat being shipped on warehouse pallets and left out overnight. I was told to stop being negative. 😀

@n-qzc How about those of us who came up through the stores?? I worked in stores far longer than I've worked on a regional product team, I closed (at 10PM, plus thirty minutes) weekly, worked Thanksgiving every year for 8 years and even worked Christmas day when that was an option open to certain stores. Cry me a river for not still working at stores, I wanted more responsibility and a higher wage and was willing to work for it...

Retribution is almost a certainty, but it will be long and drawn out so there's no way you could ever prove you got fired because of your responses

They only want your TM number to keep you from responding more than once and to track percentage of who has responded by team/store. Responses are not linked to your number.

It's not anonymous, it's confidential. I just read the FAQs and it's clearly explained there:

Are my answers to the Culture Compass confidential?

Yes, the Culture Compass is confidential. You will log in using your Team Member ID, but neither your ID nor any other identifying information will be included within the results in the dashboards or reports. Team Leaders will only be able to see the overall responses to questions, NOT who said them.

i don't really have many issues with my store leadership(that is what cute corporate phrase they use) or my team members..most of my issues reside with hack regional decision making and merchandising. or global and their inept baby steps into technologic advances and competitive strategies-prices..we can tweak our backrooms and labor all you want to polish up the earnings report for wall street but if you are not getting people coming in the door to spend it will catch up.and when will those regional coordinators come work some closing shifts at their stores to see how the business really works.."moving forward"...

We were all told it was anonymous. If you take it and you find out they were lying and there's retribution then you can sue the heck out of them. If it happens to you, it has happened to others. Class action time! They ask you to be honest so be honest.
