Your job has been eliminated and you do not know it. MGT holding secrets, Might try to relocate you but prob not or could not find a place for you. What do we do?

Did your MGR begin to ping you on quarter year reviews. Are they acting weird? Are they poking you to invoke anger? They need to make you angry to distract and fire.

Are they taunting you, hazing you. They do not want to lay you off because this would be ethically correct and it would cost money, throw a red flag. Firing is easier to explain without causing a red flag.

(less to explain). What a great place to work. Smear campaign at its best.

The sleight of hand anger game played on employees when banks would hand out awards such as bats, knifes, letter openers, large pointed pens, metal banks round as a rock. Any of these items pickup by employee would be falsely accused of some heinous crime and thwarted out with sleight of hand trick. I saw one person carry a brick for some strange reason but, the gentleman had kids and he was threatened in a jackboot manner by management (as MGT laughed saying he is going to crack “stay away”). The lesson is never believe Human Resources rumors because they are in on the game you out.

A large majority of poor practices seen have stemmed from Merrill Lynch influence.

Many of these wicked people have been absorbed with promises of promotions.

Why would you keep these people is unknown since they blew up their own bank.

While you are at it, ask around and find out who had membership in college fraternities. The link is next to you or one hierarchy level above driving the carnage.

The bank substituted headcount, skill and availability for loyalty, honesty, and training.

The great satire left with a bag of mixed nuts only looking for the next higher paying position stepping over the headcount. Not much being accomplished. As you have plowed through the vast labor pool within the city your return on investment are the wronged majority will abandon to another bank?

Bankruptcy will ensue as you still do not have living-will ability and headcount loyalty.

You have lost sight of America and substituted your own dictatorship rebellion.
