I just returned from a trip to Salt Lake and thought Harmons was the local Whole Foods! What a job they've done since I was out there 5 years ago!! The you have Caputos....unreal deli, unreal cheese and meat selection...then you have Whole Foods...the Highland Ave store was a dump, not much cleaner than the Dan's across the way. Incredible amount of outdated product on the floor. I bought a breakfast sandwich that was basically eggs thrown on a stale roll of some sort, with dried out orange cheese on top. I went to the store at Trolley Square more than once and it was never busy. Beautiful store, but I can't even imagine the amount of shrink that store generates. I didn't get out to the Park City store, I hear they are actually moving and expanding that location!! No sure why based on the other two stores, maybe they do better bc of the rich and famous, it was over 4120 for a single day lift ticket there and you can't find a discount anywhere. I didn't bother with the Draper store either, I heard that one is doing the worst of all the SLC locations.

You try running a place on a skeleton crew and no money with each of us team members doing the job of 3 people. Trash it all you want because there ARE problems, but it's a mess out here.

Disappointing each and every visit. I have been a loyal WF customer for nearly 10 years now. But after to moving to Salt Lake City and being dissapointed each and every time I visit this store I think I am giving up on continuing to shop with you. The store here never carries any of the WF staples that I have become accustomed to at other WF's. Such as quality fish, ground turkey thigh, organic milk in a glass bottle that is not ultra-pasturized, organic bulk nut combinations, and now fresh squeezed orange juice, etc. The staff here continually makes excuses why they are unable to meet WF standards such as blaming the location of the store, the clientel, etc. Overall the staff are not too helpful either compared to other WF's. This WF's has to be the worst one in America and I have been to WF's in over 10 states and cities.

What a trip visiting stores, was it for work, if not I think I'd have done other things
