Thread regarding Whole Foods Market Inc. layoffs

Bowman corruption is strong..

STL and certain TLs hire their friends and pre-select people before interviews are held. Openly racist, corrupt, backstabbing liars running this store. Needs a thorough investigation.

It's not about the most qualified, it's all about the most controllable! At least that's how it is in the SW Region.

Call hotline and dont give name. Simple as that. Dont be afraid. Or get a friend to call for you. It is true though if you give name then stl gonna have a grudge against you because you finally making him/her work.

All interviews are a waste all positions are preselected, it's part of the "culture" to let you interview and waste your time Ben though they already know who they want for the position.

This store, in particular, has alienated and lost so many guests.. All the company has to do is listen to TMs and guests. If they aren't willing to listen, the least our gutless "leadership" could do would be to stand up to the higher-ups for once. If only the guests knew what goes on behind the scenes...

Not to mention it's not even a third party company as far as I know. A WFM employee annswers the calls, last I checked.

Coming from a former PBS, the ethics line only has one function, to protect store management. Anyone who calls the hotline will be weeded out and fired.
