so you can work on liquor store ? because it sells liquor? wholefoods sell clothes in the whole body does that means u can work for gap? it sells milk so u can't be milke deliveyguy?
All NorCal non leadership team members can work for competitors. Team Leaders and higher ranking, including Regional cannot work for competitors while gainfully employed at WFM.
Same with most every business. Nothing weird. You can't work part time at Apple and Microsoft or Starbucks and Peet's or Wfm and trader joes

Every region has a list of official competitors that you are not allowed to work for. One of my TMs asked me this same question and I got the list from an ASTL. The list was pretty long and included ALL of the grocery stores in the area.
I'm sure a team member will see u at the other place since most can't afford whole foods crappy products
Just don't tell them.
