While the source ("two people briefed on the matter") is sketchy, at least there is a lot of actual public information and multiple articles out there. It sure beats Rahodeb's twitter and Facebook rumors every few weeks or so.

They care nothing about saving or improving the business and even less about anyone who works there. Likely they will pillage and plunder and then slink away with their profits, leaving the ship to sink. Just as a point of interest, in Greek mythology, Cerberus was the "hound of Hades/Hell", a frightful multi-headed dog said to guard the gates of the Hell/Hades to prevent the dead from leaving........Janus was a 2-faced god of time, looking both future and past and presiding over transitions, particularly the beginning and endings. Hmmmm, might be a good time to get out of WFM while you still can......
