Instead of humanly trapping and releasing birds, our store just gets pellot guns and shoot them. One bird was still alive and an TM wanted to bring it to a vet but our ASTL said "nah just throw it out in the garbage". She clocked out and took it to a veterinarian.

I used to routinely catch birds and release them. Just takes a little effort and caring. The woman that took the bird to the vet God bless you. And for the troll before me showing compassion used to be valued at WFM.

The fact that the birds were there for 2 months and then only did anything about it when we had an inspection. They hired someone that came with nets and a bird call machine. They had them trapped and instead of releasing them, shot them instead.
How would you suggest humanely trapping them and also ensuring they don't take a dump at the salad bar?
