Ok thnx...how does one become a " better leader" under current conditions?...what did they throw out there?...and who spoke?
No significant news was given. A lot of pretty platitudes and inspirational speeches about how to be a better leader. Nothing we haven't heard before. Tales of our troubles were likened to "fake news".
What teams are getting combined?...and what's a market tl? ....sounds like significant changes were announced for the NE...what's going down ...somebody do a synopsis...who was there...no b.s please

I find it funny how unorganized this whole process is. You couldn't make up how ridiculous labor has become. Just tell TLs the truth about your Market TL positions coming. And then tell the ASTL's they have also been replaced by the Market TL. Have some you know what and tell your TMs the truth. Sorry I'm late for yoga and a mentoring class.
