that made me laugh,in my city there are a couple of Barnes and Nobles that are set up in the neighborhoods that have always been and will remain million to multimillion dollar income neighborhoods, that are staged for browsing, book signings and different public events happen there.

They have 2 people working one at the register and one at a desk that does orders, plus a nice coffee shop that is actually being used by the neighborhood, they are set up to do a lot of online business from the store. basically you pay there and the book gets delivered to you or whomever you want. It iss geared to the very old money crowd that still likes to be served occasionally. Maybe WFM could add in and take care of only the service cases and have waiters come around to punch in grocery list on ipads for delivery while the guest sit and sip. If that was rolled out, it couldn't be any worse that suggestions that actually came from out global management.

there is no news of it yet. If so hilarious 2 failing business models into one. Also John Mackey should be ashamed promoting his bs book(eat veggies get more fiber) instead of focusing on sales. Lay people off and have a book signing amazing.
