We are entering an era of deregulation and consolidation, where workers mean nothing. Better organize. Union anyone?

How do we start?
@1ebp I echo that - most folks here are transient, it's not a career job... Folks come, have good time, make a buck or two, and move on. 10 to 20% is invested, long haul, but they do not have numbers to make an union.
The average WFM worker isn't invested in their job enough for something like that to happen.
You definitely should consider it & fast. As posted below, everyone else is taken care of already.
@brf - I'd actually go for it. It'd be our union, not some random overbloated structure that s---s employees' money. Who is to represent the worker, the share holder is taken care off, the customer, the management, all of them have voice - what about us?
