Wasn't Team Members first for a long time- oh that's right- John disappeared for a while and let Walter tour stores and not talk to anyone the RP's didn't recommend they talked to. The RP's created a sinister world of do as I say and kiss my a__ or you will be harassed and replaced. This is a classic Harvard Business School how to ruin a Company. They were on top when no one else was in the game- they thought Wild Oats and Trader Joe's were their competition when all the "conventionals" were stocking their shelves with the exact product at a much lower retail. Caught with their pants down as usual. Was a bottom up company years ago but the RP's put a stop to that and controlled all the dialogue so they thought everything was fine- was a joke working in that mess. Waste millions on venues and systems that never worked but TM's got 1% or no % increase- that was the mistake- you stopped taking care of TM's a long time ago!!!!
