Remember they have to save 300$million as promised by mackey to the wall street money sharks. Where will that cut come from?? LABOR...keeping a clean warehouse with cute clipboards while the product sits at the central warehouse aint gonna save that money.

Thus illustrating WFMs unsustainable business model. Beware the culling.

Nobody in the real world thinks you are as important as you do. If you think working at Whole Foods as a TL is a great thing for a business resume, you are wrong. Nobody outside of Whole Foods will care that you worked there. You will have to start over and fight with the rest of the wolves wherever you go next. Until you prove yourself as an asset, you are just another ant in the hill when you leave your safe haven (for now) of Whole Foods.

No one was hating. Its a fact. WFM pays good.OT is great. I'm just saying that once they need to cut dont be surprised . I was a lifer, but if can give anyone advice is to never put all your eggs in one basket. You do develop skills you can use,but so many with the same skills sets companies can bargin and pay less.I still love my WFooders but I can honestly say the grass isn't always greener on the other side but at least it is still growing.

With such a strong skill set that can be taken anywhere -we would like to offer you that opportunity.

Plus if you're on a layoff site boasting about your pay then you probably are a terrible leader

Age is priceless. You sold years of your life to buy a 35/hr job, and no company will ever pay you that much. When the job disappears, you will need to once again reinvest time in a different company, but they will not invest in you. They will want someone younger.

Your market value and skill set is dramatically lower than what WFM's payroll thinks of you.

lol you're a market manager at a grocery store. Not working in a grocery store and having normal hours and weekends is priceless. Enjoy s---er.

Tl here responding . First off look at the bands $35 is a max tl pay for a tier 1 store . This is any store 1.2 million and above , don't be a hater . Second , I developed business skills that can be taken anywhere on any level

Including store management . I'm sorry your upset your at whatever low wage your at , perhaps if you had the necessary skill sets you would be able to be come team leader in a high volume store . Lastly , OT is up

To the stl not all stls are cheap and tls are allowed a certain amount per week FYI. Have a good day!

wow which region and which store is that.. all my tl group had been capped with no pay increases for years and no overtime was ever allowed, most tls were working less than 35 on the clokc to make labor, if i would have been able to work OT to get the job done instead of working 6- 7 days a week with split shifts for years with a good amount of hours off the clock i might have stayed.
