I'm aware that STLs keep detailed notes between one another about anything and everything that may raise an eyebrow about TMs. Aside from email what trackers exist for Team Leaders and do TLs have a legal right to view these trackers?

Any paper trails or text messages a leadership member keeps can be subpoenaed, my region was told to stop doing that after some were requested that way, or that at least the reason they told us to stop doing it
There are no trackers other than time and attendance. But if you fudge up TLs are encouraged to start a paper trail and document everything whether that's emails to themselves, atls, or store leadership. But you really have to f--- up for us to take time out of our day and write an email to others with already overflowing inboxes
You mean corrective action files? If there's a corrective action, there'll be a record of corrective action file that contains all of the statements and investigatory information that supports the corrective action. If no corrective action is issued, there is nothing filed. You are not entitled to review it, although it can be subpoenaed.
Yes trackers you goofballs. Your good bad and ugly...mostly bad and ugly are placed in a tracker in the event that you need to be held accountable one day.
Trackers? Too funny!
Clipboards, yes.
Trackers, not until Probers have been deployed.....
Probers.....lol!
Someone got into John Mackeys special crops again...
There many trackers , tls have rights to all trackers
