In the SW store where I work, we're lucky to get 36 hours and probably will get cut down to the minimum of 30 now that we're entering the summer sales slump.
Depends on your locations need. Almost non existent unless your tl has a good excuse (unnecessary amount of call outs, short staffed temporarily, etc)
They treat us like cattle. Just work you shift and go home.
