You need to request a whe disclosure report from your PBS. They will set up an appointment to allow you to access the yearly earnings for anyone in your store, but will not let you print or write anything down.
It's always been like this. Speaks to you that you just figured this out
You can see what people make not what they receive in shares which is where the divide actually is.
You have to ask the PBS and they're required to show you. There's documentation regarding this somewhere on Grapevine/TMN or whatever.
Nobody knows the answer I am convinced it isn't true
