NYC? where the most waste and inefficiencies are? Could it be because of the highest costs there?
They say we are good in Albany NY, not sure about NYC area

They are in the process of moving people out of New York and shifting them to Long Island city or New Jersey (per Andrea Smith CAO). Bank is trying to cut cost anyway possible .... they preparing for the recession that is on the way.
