How are you supposed to tolerate that place without alcohol? I didn't think that was possible.
Ahh are you my TL...we know you're doing it when you need to disappear for a moment.
I work with a few individuals that come in every day with alcohol on their breath and it is clearly noticeable and they hide it well in their speech when they talk however the smell is overwhelming how could anyone not notice.

Yes, drug testing is good, one should test them all, especially the US Army pure crystal LSD😁
Start the drug testing in the Florida region.
If they drug tested there would be nobody left to work its pathetic, I have worked with an ASTL and TL who would come in when they are clearly high.
I think that a mandatory drug test would eliminate any need for a layoff package.
I think all those 20$ plus per hour tl's are done

That sounds like wishful thinking.
It will more likely be a scenario such as "here is your new job title and job description. If you are not happy with that, we wish you the best in your next endeavor"
