Everyone is leaving or trying to leave TMS The team has been leaving as fast as they can get out the door. The head of TMS disappeared all of a sudden HELLOOO?? Is anyone in charge? someone needs to get worried . This is strange. someone with some power needs to help before we have noone left. There was was a meeting today that shows our leadership doesn't Know we are unhappy. I don't know how they wouldn't though. We had a meeting to be told there is no head of TMS. Yeah, we already knew that.........

I was shocked with the TMS behaviors. Let's just say some shadiness was going on along with being the complete opposite of role models. The last one I saw seemed very afraid of something. Maybe her conscience was getting to her after the layoffs, hiring day, then firing day. She knows what is going on at WF. Never seen a company with so many fearful people. Could be heart breaking what is happening to TMS until you realize they are/ were a part of the head chopping squad.
tms global team is GREEDY. Giant luxury offices, giant flat screen TVs and couches in offices. They are like living rooms We could fit 6 people in these offices and we used too. The people that actually do the work are being squeezed into smaller areas with more desks and don't have conference rooms. Some of those offices should be Conference rooms. Greedy
Our TMS regional team are all (95%) like high school girls, even the 'men'. They gossip, play favorites and are known for being petty gossips. My region has TMS involved in the upcoming "hiring bonanza" One of the ACs or possibly even a Coord, is spending that day at a store withing a mile of her home that has one position to fill, while my team is sent all over creation. TMS is the only team authorized to offer jobs, so why isn't TMS in the stores with the most vacancies? I'd rather work with HR that is completely up front that their function is to protect the company from lawsuits...

Is this really that surprising that a Billion dollar company would come in and make changes? Pretty sure Mackey said there would be no changes but clearly he has no idea what he is talking about Amazon can and will do what it wants with WF.
I heard that there will be no head of hr. Amazon is obviously going to take over.
TMS is or will be none existent. That WF culture piece is out the window. Wake up.
Whole Foods no longer exists as it's own entity.
Whole Foods is now just a subsidiary of a company called Amazon.
That means that if you used to work for Whole Foods, you now work for Amazon.
Amazon has their own Human Resources department. That is who will be guiding the employee related decisions. The people that worked in Whole Foods TMS department are realizing that there most likely isn't much of a future for them.
