Are these hubs and do you know what happens to them in the future of hiring/firing?

Neither is a hub city. The current hub cities are (or were) Calabasas, Plano, CLT, Jax...we were not allowed to hire anyone who didn't live, or willing to move to, those cities. I know Jax has been decimated by layoffs so that may no longer be considered a hub.
