India needs to be MUCH less on Western Countries for jobs.
Automation is only great when it works! When it doesn't work it's worse than not having it at all especially if there's no fallback plan.
About time. Sick of all the automation of processes they dont take time to understand- we spend so much time cleaning up the automation messes in my area.
On the plus side, you call always fall back on one of these call center jobs ....

As biased as it is in NYC. The whole place should be renamed New Deli ie NYD! A fitting name to describe the major focus of the place and its people.
Ai & automation is just hype being used to fire people to create fear in job market and drive down salaries. This trick has been successfully used by Indian IT services and salaries are stand still since 2015 in Indian IT services firms, slowly american MNCs are picking up the same tactics and upper level management staff are reaping huge bonuses for achieving cost saving by firing employees in lower level leadership in the name of automation.
Verizon has been caught red handed posting jobs ads for same skill they claim are no more in use in their company. They were trying to hire new people from market at half the salaries using depressed job market situation in India
With automation and AI, it's important to keep skills up to date. At the end of the day technology at banks are a cost center and not a profit center.
