Whole Foods is laying off in record numbers. This time they re calling it "separated" instead. Cover up the need to report mass lay offs. Genius. I heard it was not like this before. Has Amazon sunk in?
What in the world are you talking about? Am I missing some massive wave of layoffs? I know some people were let go, but nothing more than usual. What's going on?
Separation has always been the term for team members who leave...voluntary or involuntary (fired). You have not stumbled on to a new conspiracy.
....yes, but let's not forget that many of the "new hires" knew that their jobs are only temporary....
And let's face it...many of them have already proven themselves to be dead weight anyway....
Do you remember the announcement that they were hiring 6,000 people in one day? The hiring fair. The company is known to not be doing well financially. What do you think is happening to those people now, after the holidays? New fiscal period, 2018. Most of those were temp jobs and the people are being "separated". Facts that I seen with my own eyes. I won't go too much more into it.
Bay-zos should lay off the entire backpack crew. They do nothing but waste our time at store level.
