Anyone hear that the 1k bonus was the only one coming? I heard they’re doing away with bonuses this year. Really hoping that’s not the case; a lot of people depend on those!

It was communicated last year that no yearly bonuses would be paid moving forward.
Bonuses are dependent on job and grade. They have to be approved based on profitability at January board meeting and in my recollection have never been paid before feb 15th
Doesn’t it vary by department? I was in a department where we didn’t get bonus. They told me they stopped doing it years ago. Then I transferred to another department and got a $2k bonus, I was confused and they told me our department still gave bonuses
Highly doubtful. That would be a first for ANY bank not to have a bonus tied to performance.
