If anyone knows anything about layoffs coming in the first quarter of 2018 please reply.
If you can provide dates, and site, and which groups, and any other information you may have would be appreciated.

Exactly! Besides that SCRUM is absolute bullsh$t for software development the fact that it isn't even being done properly is quite pathetic! As well as the fact that it is used as a performance tool here for the incompetent management to game their counterparts on the team and suss out any unwanted talent that may challenge their position and expose their poor skills. The fact that Craig went to OOPSLA means that he missed the whole point of what OOPSLA is about if all he could produce was, SCRUM.
You have managers in SCRUM? Let me guess you also have a fake POs and fake statuses.
I wonder what Craig has to say about that.

Need a fresh round in NYC to cull those managers that snooze during their SCRUM meetings and miss out on important information that they SHOULD have known at the time it was given. It's inexcusable that a manager can be around by ignoring or just missing what their team is telling them. That is just complete and total incompetence. HR can find this by looking at the performance reviews that the manager has given that clearly show the manager himself has not given direction or input when he blames his team members for various things that have happened or shouldn't have happened.
Still green grass in Albany NY
That's NYC, NY - the capital of redundancy, not Albany the legislative capital of NY!
