Does anyone here have any insight on the upcoming change to full time requirements? I've heard that some stores are testing a change where if you have ANY hours you cannot work you will lose your benefits. I am curious if having blocked hours mean we will straight up lose our job or if we will be given a chance to go part time. It seems like there are some people here who work in HR at Katy so anyone with anonymous information would be a huge help.

It's coming to all stores eventually in 2018 but only starting in a few doors as a trial run. Basically if you have full time and attend school, have a second job, or have kids and need certain days/hours off you will be given the choice to go part time or leave. I know most of the people here are in the corporate office but in case any store associates read this know that just because you haven't been told this yet, it's still coming.
