Exit for MDs

Can’t just promote people to MD then let them be MD forever. If a team with lots of headcount, perform poorly, MD should take responsibility. If a MD cannot efficiently manage the team (minimize turnover) and make money,then he should be out.

Equities and FICC need to reduce front office MDs and hire more middle and back office people who are actually doing work.

MD's are the lifeblood of our society. As "Medical Doctors" they rake in big bucks with their know it all expertise and huge fees that are coughed up by a super elite Obama'esque party government health plan that was anything but affordable with few benefits except for the case where you are practically dying, seriously ill, or severely injured. As "Managing Directors" they rule their departments with a disaffected prowess knowing that they can get anyone to do the job cheaper from poverty stricken, backward places like India.
