Rumors sometimes turn out to be true but if people are just writing dates out here just to spark conversation then that is wrong. I was laid off 5 years ago and it was not the best thing that happened to me. I am older and it took me 4 years to find full time other than short contract roles. It’s not easy out there. I’m back again at bac and happy to have a full time job.
You know what is sh--? This site spreading rumors... how about some evidence?

The April layoffs will disproportionately impact older workers with lots of tenure so let the class action lawsuit begin! Ageism lawsuit —> must be 40+ Years old
