I wonder when they will finally get rid of that CRM role!Its getting to the point that management is so paranoid about stats and reports that the pressure of being on the phones and taking calls is getting unbarable!They keep letting go people,not hiring.We are doing the job for 3 people!And they keep requiring from us to be more productive and more efficient and our service level is so low because of that!Just get it over with and stop asking for the impossible!
