Regarding my work a large group had to come back in the office in my area and now they just have a cube but still come and go as needed for personal needs. They still work from home at least 2 days a week or leave the office early every day to pick up kids and finish hours back at home. Thankfully we have managers who are flexible. But with his flexibility I don’t even see a need for my work.

Nah management keeps getting people approved to work from home or bring their personal computers or iPads turn on their hot spots to do homework, movies or what ever they want. Just walk thru the 450 building in Simi and be surprise the amount of hotspots that are turn on

Regardless of performance MyWork are being cut? No chance to come back in office or relocate if not close to an office?

I just love how they keep asserting MyWork employees are not being targeted.

See, that’s untrue. I’ve never met a ridiculously incompetent MyWork associate. Just as many slackers sit in the office.

While BOA may have been considered too big to fail, it is certainly too big to effectively manage the MyWork program because of incompetent managers who do not hold people accountable.

Announced today: MyWork associates in CFO group will be severed in 2 batches- 2018 and 2019. Severance will occur before end of year so they don’t have to pay year end bonuses. Employees will be replaced with new people in Charlotte. I see a class action lawsuit coming citing ageism and also refusal to pay bonus/severance as per policy- almost all these folks are over age 40 and have hundreds of years of tenure between them.
