over the last two weeks, managers have been having the talk with the few remaining MyWork employees: come back into the office or quit. Anyone else have that chat recently?

I heard this as well. I was told there is a list being generated and no matter where you live you need need to find an office.

Sounds like a hollow threat - "come back into the office or quit."
Just volunteer for the package $$$ and take your leave. If you want to fight this, hire a lawyer to sue the bank ala-Trump style.
I heard Albany is next.
Agree it depends on leadership and individual. Our area brought back everyone in mywork with direct reports. For now we have been told that is it.

This is NOT a rumor - this is actually happening; I had the conversation, my entire group had the conversation. I agree that leadership continues to deny it is happening, but trust me, it is. There are still MyWork employees (down to less than 3000 from 80,000 two years ago), but our days are limited.

No and in a meeting recently this rumor was denied vehemently. In my area there are still several hundred my work. It depends on your LOB and leadership.
