OTS has been great for keeping TLS on the clock prepping for the next walk with whatever random changes must be made to the boards. Holy jeebus, what a circle jerk. At any rate, no gainsharing.
My leadership team loves grabbing all the overtime they can get. And store leadership let's them get away with it. So no gainsharing for the tms who actually do the work.
Zero since the PNW went to store wide gain sharing. The store Im at is up 30% since the buyout and we havent seen a penny. I can't believe leadership still talks about it being a benefit...so sad.
A few bucks every now and again. Also being forced to cut my hours due to getting retro pay.
Getting about $300-400 each month because our sales are great and we are running a literal skeleton crew. I want to tear my hair out every day I work, but the fact that I get almost an extra paycheck at the end of the month sort of makes it worth it.
Who am I kidding; I'd much rather have a job where I just get paid $15/hour and am valued for the work I do, not how well I s--- the customer's d--k.
