It has taken on a life of its own mandating every move now in the stores. It is a toxic fungus out of control. Really people it's a grocery store. I now have to read e mails twice a day!?! Wtf

My issue with it is the almost weekly changes to the program. The packet we're supposed to be referencing changed yesterday, but don't worry about printing a new one, since another revision is in the works. How are you going to change the way you want the signage on u-boats done for the third time this week if you've fired your graphic artists? Send down the templates for the TLs and ATLs on already short staffed teams to print and laminate? But don't worry! There's accountability now! Who cares about the teams' perception of their leadership being in the back all day and nobody on the floor giving guest service, not when we have clipboards to fill out.
Omg I do not know of any other company doing this. As always they roll out something then wing it as it goes along!
Omg you have to use a certain color of ink or pencil. Just as an example. I am also happy to know what cart to use no due to it being labeled. It was always a huge question when I came to work.
