How many EPMO projects will it take to turn the company around? Upper management is trying to band aid issues instead of getting to the root of the problem. No one takes any accountability and just blame their staff. The morale in the building is just awful and no one cares. Can’t wait to hear the results of the employee engagement survey. I’m sure they won’t truly tell the real bad stuff that people are saying. Not sure if anything can even help make this company better. So sad what has happened since KKR took over.

The survey results will be bad. Low level management will be blamed and they will feel the impact. Executives will be here a few years, experiment with their new ideas that are actually not new at all. After these ideas don't pan out they will move on and try it somewhere else.
