Layoffs in June are prevalent because you are t entitled to any portion of your 2018 bonus if you don’t make it half way through the year.
It's today, 6/20.
I was laid off, along with 100’s of others in GTO, June 13 last year, it was a Tuesday.
The stock is taking a major hit these days so the shareholders will be demanding action!

There were layoffs on Wed. June 7 in GTO.
My manager told us it’s always the Wednesday before payday. Not sure if that’s always the case, but the last 3 hits for our group were pay weeks.
My bet is 6/20. 6/27 cuts into vacations and performance reviews
