I'm curious, how many of you are already searching for something better?
Or is it easier to just hate on Whole Foods and do nothing to better your situation?

I think a lot of us here have long since left. I’ve been gone for about 3 years but like to check in from time to time. After 6 years is still feel kinda attached and many of my friends still work there.
For the people still there... it really can’t be that bad. Retail just plain s---s, it’s the nature of the business. Wfm is no worse than any other grocery retail gig.

I am looking, but despite what people are saying, not really that many options out there...
I was a regular buyer of 7 years and doubled my salary by leaving to a bigger company. The b---s--- is the same but 6 months into it I’m learning real business skills I would have never learned at Whole Foods. I got a degree at a community college for Christ sake. My only advice is just try. Really try. Even if your new company doesn’t give you any training like mine did you’ll learn that Whole Foods give you one great skill. You can adapt to any new b---s--- challenge that arrives every day. Good luck. 👍
