You don’t want gain sharing. I’m a TL and the more you get means you can do the job with less labor. Then it’s cut. So better to hire up make your job easier and keep using all labor.
Gainsharing is, and always has been, a complete FRAUD! Only PROFIT sharing matters and even there you have to look for "hide the banana" accounting shenanigans by management. Gainsharing allows management to continually move the goal posts until you have 1 person doing the work of 3 or 4, so they can then cut labor again until that person is doing the work of 5 or 6. The result: Paltry payouts, lots of turnover, and rock-bottom wages. Welcome to the real world of Gainsharing. We NEVER saw more than about $29 or $39, until finally it all went negative forever which means -- you guessed it -- no payouts for life. But just keep believing in it, y'all! I'm sure it will all work out for you any day now.
Im in the florida region and we got a lil chump change last month (23$) ...we've been gettin very modest amounts for a while at my store (under 100$ per month)..
