Automation is very expensive and requires costly maintenance, it can only be justified if the productivity gains can be effective enough to pay for it. The Diversity drive by Obama and his kleptocratic cronies and party is the result of them opting for the cheaper option in the wake of the financial crisis and the resultant regulation and communist style policies that only spelled doom and gloom and low productivity for those 8 years. They are trying to automate as much as possible here, but it is a slow process and requires commitment, capital , and expertise which is just not sufficient for any real success at the moment.
Exactly! and "diversity" is the excuse used by those kleptocrats who created and implemented those policies to justify it.
Seriously, corporations outsource because it's cheap labor - not because of a diversity policy. Enough nonsense. In the end most of our jobs will be taken over by robots. .. because it's cheaper, not because of diversity.
@1xns, this is not about me, although I may even be of a different "diverse" background, and also wanting a fair shot but unlike the kleptocrats, I'm willing to play it fair and square.
