Now instead of ordering for OTS they want us to feed the beast, pack out the shelves now all the sudden they're not worried about back stock, so everything we were taught for ots is meaningless , will this company ever make up its mind, I'm guessing Amazon finally realized what a bunch of morons Whole Foods regional is for coming up with OTs a complete joke a company that has no idea what they're doing

You can imagine the smoke coming out of Bezos' ears as he gradually learns just what a big bloody mess he's bought into. The brand name will live on, the stores not so much. It's been said that Afghanistan is the graveyard of empires. Well, the grocery business is the graveyard of ambitious business people. They see the dollar volume and think they can jump in and create another Kroger or Wegman's or Publix with the force of their dazzling personalities. It's not working and it's not going to work. It's too big, too far-flung, too decentralized and was completely ill-conceived in the first place. This is a debacle, everyone knows it, and a 10% discount for Prime members a display of Alexas next to the cheese doesn't mean sh*t.

The customers are idiots and they treat the cashiers in an awful manner. Amazon treats their employees like crap...it’s only a win for amazon and the self entitled people who think they are above everyone else and are somehow special and deserve to receive everything they want whenever they want it..with no thought to the people that are serving them.
Amazon Prime discounts are launching soon in more locations and they don't want to be out of product. Should send a lot of new customers into the stores.
