I thought the the death of WFM was when Walter Robb took over. I didn't think they could sink any lower until they introduced a new program called OTS/SOP. It started out as something that could have been a really good thing but right on que, the regional people have to muck it up and take it so over the top that they ruin a good thing. The cut in labor and the expectations of perfection with so many variables that change by the hour and cannot be controlled. So many part timers that don't care or have any dedication. I thought we had too many people standing around but when they cut the labor they cut it to much and the good people were cut and we were left with a few good workers and a bunch of stand a rounds. 70% part time is crazy. We are spending more money on people "WALKING" us when that money could be used for boots on the ground. Amazon please make OTS go away. Those walks and clipboards s--- and everyone is failing. To work in a place where your job is on the line because a tag went out is mind blowing. Time to look for a new job.
