I have now heard this term at least half dozen times in the last week. Two people I know are getting this. One is MyWork the other is not. There was a previous post about it, but did not answer several things Does anyone know if this will be distributed to MyWork people? Is there a phone that goes with it or is your cell phone used? Anyone who knows, please post some info.

So how can a personal computer be secured to safely work offsite? Seems crazy.
I still have Easy Link Teleworker. Does HVT work with that?
It’s being implemented enterprise wide in waves. I’m in one of the first waves. It does not come with a phone. If you have a laptop, when it’s time for your laptop to be refreshed, you will instead receive a “Thin Client” depending on your role. This is basically just a thing that looks like a modem. It is used to connect to the HVD. You will not receive a replacement laptop. If you need to work from home, you will have to use a personal computer. Hooray for executive level year end bonuses.
I think he is butt hurt but not for that reason. More because the weekend just ended.
I don't think anyone but you is worried about it. You are just feeling butt-hurt because your manager wouldn't let you do your call-center work from home.
Now get back on those lines.
It's tied to your skype for business account so it does include voip on your pc. With all My Work positions being eliminated by 2019, I would not worry about the impact.
