Standard Operating Procedure. If you log into Inkling from myapps.wholefoods.com you will see SOPs for OTS (Order to Shelf).

Why wouldn’t WF try to cover up how unhappy there TM are? I find it highly unlikely they are not monitoring this site for people giving TM a heads up when things are going to hit the fan. They still try to pretend things don’t s--- with pointless things being given away like frisbees and sunglasses.

The point of implementing SOP is to get the ridiculous back of house mess cleaned up, teach buyers the correct way to purchase, have proper communication and planning, simplify our lives and eventually be able to function with perpetual inventory like every other grocer. We are way behind the times but better late than never.
