How many TM's are feeling the labor squeeze, the OTS b---s---, the cleaning SOP, and Lord Prime dosen't even take over till August 1st. The worst is to come and it will not get any better, especially with the freight train of The Holidays rolling fast upon us, so let's hear it folks, do you have a plan, idea, reality that makes sense?

One of our ppl tried to come back to Front End and they hired some noob instead; cheaper, I guess. because, you know, #labor. #OTS #Clipboards
If you want to stay at WF consider transferring to customer service. From what I’ve noticed, aside from tightened labor nothing has really changed up front. Sure you’ll have to be a cashier but when I’m busting my a-- off to do all the OTS nonsense and they’re mostly standing around talking to each other I ask myself who’s the fool now? I transferred out of CS years ago but I’m seriously considering going back.
I’ve already started looking. We’ve lost three team members in less than 2 weeks.
Start to look for a new job while you have one. Things are not going to get better, if they are it will not be going to your pocket.
