Another one jumping from a sinking ship. Everyone in the UK knows how toxic upper leadership is and who it all starts with. The only way to survive is to agree and keep your head down.
More people leaving Whole Foods UK due to duplicitous senior management. Fear based management may work for quick profits and returns, but this house of cards is getting too wobbly to stand for long.

Have to question why so many talented people have left, especially from the regional office. Recently UK WFM can't seem to hire people who are willing to stick around and suffer the abuse doled out by the 3. It just takes a month or two for new people to realize how bad it is behind the scenes and look for other jobs.

Never been the same in the UK since JT went back to the states. MW has been hung out to dry. JH micro manages through the fear factor and has ZERO people skills. AS is caught in the middle. WFM UK has completely lost its soul and identity and will never grow again. Lost some fantastic people TE KC AK to name a few. Such a shame.

UK region is an absolute mess, if John, AC and Ken knew the ins and out of what was going on here they would fire the whole UK executive team.
The EC of Ops Jade is universally despised, even the STL talk sh-- about her to TM's.
The number one focus in the UK to to save money, which is fine because the UK has been haemorrhaging money since it opened but the problem is they expect more and more with less resources and no investment means that we are falling behind competitors but still expected to comp even though most of the stores are falling apart!
Several last standing members of store, team & regional leadership have had enough and are leaving the company.
