How is even fair for a person to get wrote up for things that happened in October November last year? Then get put on a final for attendance for being late due to a schedule change by STL of the department who submits time in kronos then turns around and prints a different paper schedule and we as employees get penalized for it, and just so you know you get written up if you are late more than 4 times in 90 days even for the 4th you called your ATL and told him you had a flat and was going to be late
Didnt wfm lose a supreme court case over the team members right to record proceedings?? I love how when they want to write somebody up they have all of the paperwork for proof but dont want you to have proof of the actions or record the proceedings..
If you actually read the posting, it says that TMs can record conversations and that that is being taken out of the GIG Book. The part about the unions has nothing to do with the reason for the notice. It's a required statement.
If you actual read the notice, its avput wfm leadership being inviolation of workers rights to unionize or have colecive bargaining otherwise...bc they probably got secretly sued then settled by someone with verifiable proof they were harassed and or fire as a result of their efforts to instill those things.
So what's this about? WF got caught union busting? Do all the stores have to post it?
Or is this last years thing about TMs recording conversations?
It was posted in our store in the SW region today. I think unions will just screw us so I'm not interested.

Amazon is anti union so amazon doesnt want unions to get rid of tl. If they wanted to they dont need union to do that. Theyll just pay severance n call it a day. Best buy did it n all other companies do it. W no union involved.

Ya know after taking a 2nd look at this posting I have to call b---s---. Why is this noticed addressed to whole foods market? Wouldn't this go to the parent organization? Amazon?

The students are awful employees that’s why the get spit out. A union would make it easier for the d---beats to hold onto there jobs.
NA region needs a union really bad. The students in the boston area get spit out on the weekly like they're trash. The region should get millions in fines for what they've done to people.
What else is new.
