Are all call centers destined to be outsourced to India? The way they've been dropping like flies here, it certainly seems so to me.

The credit card call center in Pasadena, CA was closed down but most people were relocated to two different buildings in the LA area.
You must be new here. Collections call centers for mortgage servicing are in India. Have been for years........
I don’t know of a single BAC call center that takes external customer calls that is in India.
You can get 5 Indians for same price as one American. Customers can’t do anything because everyone outsources. Call centers in the U.S. are a big drain on the companies bottom line.
