EEOC Claim

Two guys I know filed a claim with the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission over MyWork return to office. Reason being is that women are being given the option to select a location close to their daycare drop offs and men in the same situation are not. One guy was told to have his ex-wife manage day care drop off and pick up. His ex-wife lives in another state. The EEOC asked for copies of the MyWork policy and these guys were not able to find any published policy. According to the EEOC, there will be an investigation for possible discrimination, but it could take up to a year. By then, I am sure these guys will be gone. I don't know whether to believe this b/s or not. Is it discrimination to not allow someone to select their office?

Good for them! And the suit can continue regardless of their employment

I'm sure she is not going to retaliate for snitching.

If I were the exhusband i would move from my current place, change phone number, & switch job
