What is current # of weeks severance per year of service? Does it vary by org or job type?

I searched f--scape but didn't find it.
The severance package is publiahed on Flagscape....
2 weeks per under 20 years 3 weeks per over 20 years
Can confirm 2 weeks per year of service. Does anyone actually know/confirm actually getting 3 weeks per year? Or the 18 months?
Because it's easier and more convenient to ask here but most importantly because it seems to bother you and I get satisfaction out of that.
It is 2 weeks per years of service with a minimum of 2 months. Everything after 20 years turns to 3 weeks per year with a max of 18 months.
Why don’t you check the employee handbook or ask your manager.
