Out of curiosity, who do you talk to regarding your availability if it suddenly changes due to life circumstances? With so many internal changes over so many years, it’s hard to keep up.

if they want tobget rid of you they will mot work with you snd reffer to a master schedule and say your schedule does not fit in .

Wow really!!??? Man they should fire u for been bmud. Internal changes!!?? Hahaha such a drama queen. I tell my tl straight up yo hctib i need to change my sched. He goes alright rekcuf next time tell me sooner n thats it. Thing is fixed.
No, it’s not difficult to identify who to talk to regarding your own individual scheduling availability. It’s always a member of your direct leadership team, usually your TL. If you’re trying to make some overarching point about how much the company has changed please try another tactic. No salient point made here.
